Being a native New Orleanian now transplanted to Georgia, I can tell you about the best selling sno-balls in NO. That is the “stuffed sno-balls” sold at Sals on Metairie Road or Robears on Jefferson Highway in Harahan (my hometown!) My favorite is chocolate. It’s a chocolate sno-ball layered with soft serve ice cream. Top that with sweetened condensed milk and more ice cream…..YUM! The best dessert ever! n Let me know when you get them!
